As a graphic designer specialising in Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), I have significantly evolved the SurfStitch EDMs to enhance their fashion focus and user engagement. By integrating insights from customer interaction research, we refined our approach to include more effective calls-to-action (CTAs) and a cleaner, more streamlined aesthetic. This evolution involved reimagining layouts, selecting modern colour schemes, and incorporating impactful typography and imagery to better reflect current fashion trends and brand identity. The redesigned EDMs not only captivate the audience with their visual appeal but also drive engagement through optimised user experience and seamless navigation across devices. This transformation has strengthened SurfStitch’s digital storytelling, fostering stronger connections with our audience in the dynamic online landscape.

As a graphic designer, I played a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness through a variety of print collateral. I designed impactful bus advertisements and billboards that captured public attention and reinforced the brand’s presence in high-traffic areas. Additionally, I developed rebranded tote bags that not only served as functional items but also as mobile advertisements, spreading the brand’s message across diverse environments. Each design element was meticulously crafted to align with the brand’s identity, ensuring a cohesive and memorable visual experience. By leveraging these print mediums, I effectively increased public visibility and recognition, contributing to a stronger and more consistent brand presence in the marketplace.
